TBEF is a relationship-building organization of experienced executives who have come together to offer each other the kind of special assistance senior leaders can only get from their peers. The men and women of TBEF have gained their experience in a wide range of functions and in all types and sizes of organizations, ranging from Fortune 50 corporations to specialized professional partnerships. TBEF members meet, both in person and via the Internet, to share their knowledge and best practices, to help each other with introductions, and to support and advance each others' careers and professional interests.

History

The Tampa Bay Executive Forum (TBEF) was established in August 2004 as a volunteer organization to enhance the networks of senior business executives whose careers were temporarily in transition. Since then, TBEF has evolved beyond being a support group for executives in transition into a broad-based executive group, whose members appreciate the value of networking relationships in all phases of professional life.
